Part of this is dependent on understanding a project at work, and why this is funny to me. We’re testing a new (and better, IMO) digital learning platform, and a key to faculty who have been complacent in the first system is to get them to see how the lazy copying has built exponential detritus in all of their files, and they likely have no naming convention, so they won’t actually be able to easily find anything in the new system. My job is to get them to clean and pack their house to move to a new one by doing this (likely time-consuming given their trash) easy practice of packing properly and labeling the “boxes” for a really easy unpack.

Our first training is next week.
