So, I swear like a sailor. I’ve been aggravated at a repetitive situation – and I do mean repetitive – that is so easy to solve if people could do fractions. Yes, it really is as simple as doing fifth grade math. And for every one of these people, they are negatively affecting over 100 others every semester.
Bottom line: credibility does not come from a complex system. It comes from clarity of communication with a focus on the other’s comfort in trusting the relationship when needing to complete a task. And that’s how we define professionalism, folks.
